Digital transformation has significantly changed the nature of crisis management. Alongside traditional crises related to natural disasters, accidents, social disruption and economic instability, cyber crises are becoming increasingly important, affecting information systems, digital services, communication infrastructure and trust in e-government.
This paper examines e-management as a contemporary approach to cyber crisis management through the integration of digital platforms, early warning systems, incident monitoring, decision support, crisis communication and recovery mechanisms.
