Abstract

The 21st century is the age in which information technology has become an integral part of human life. Today, one can confidently state the existence of a new digital (network) generation, for whom mobile phone, computer and the Internet are as natural elements of everyday life as nature and society. The influence of the human factor is no longer sufficient for the development of modern education. It is necessary to change the educational environment itself, to qualitatively change the content of education itself, its methods, tools and environment, a universal transition to SMART education is needed.
