Abstract

Business model creation is a critical part of each product or service planning, defined as a plan for the successful operation of a business, identifying sources of revenue, the target customer base, products, and details of financing by graphic representation of the business model basic elements, designed as system modules. The purpose of the article is to describe the basic functionalities and user interface of the tool InnoModel, which is a part of the InnoTools instruments. InnoModel is a Web 2.0 based tool, intended for SME managers and facing the challenge of building a successful business model.
