Abstract

The article discusses the issues of safety and reliability of electronic systems. Proposed are several strategies for maintenance electronic systems, and their characteristics and parameters are researched and analyzed. Attention is paid to the applicability of the different strategies. In the paper are proposed formulas for calculating the profit from the implementation of the new strategies and are assessed the reliability operating each of these strategies. Em-
phasis is placed on the block strategy with areas of inactivity for maintenance. I suggested analytical expressions for calculating the performance gain of this new strategy and formulas for assessing its operational reliability.
