Abstract

The degree of satisfaction is usually measured through direct consultation by means of a battery of questions about the constituting components. Before the measuring itself, it is necessary to develop a conceptual (theoretical) model of satisfaction, which is in compliance with the situation and the context of
the concrete activity. The main reason for evaluating the training courses provided is to define their efficiency.
This paper presents both the theoretical model, which is used for developing the research tool, and the results of the measuring of the degree of satisfaction of the participants with the training courses provided.
