Abstract

The artificial neural network is a system of processing elements, provisionally called artificial neurons due to the analogy with biological human neurons. Artificial neurons convert incoming input and output signals form that send to the elements that have links with certain weights. The transformation is performed by initially forming the aggregate signal input to the respective neuron, and then through the particular network function of the activation, the resulting aggregate input signal is transformed into an output of this processing unit.
