Recommendations on the structure of the material
The material must be formatted according to generally accepted requirements for publication in a scientific publication, journal, or conference report.
Here are the main structural elements that are usually contained in a scientific article:
1. Title
• The title should reflect the main topic of the study.
2. Abstract
• A brief description of the objectives, methods, results, and conclusions of the study.
• It is usually about 150-250 words and should provide enough information to allow the reader to understand the essence of the article without reading the entire text.
3. Keywords
• A selection of 3-6 terms that best describe the content of the article.
• They facilitate the search for the article in databases and help readers find relevant studies.
4. Introduction
• It presents the context of the study, the reasons for conducting it, and the main problem being investigated.
• This section describes the objectives of the study, hypotheses or research questions, as well as the main theoretical frameworks or previous research in the field.
5. Methodology (Materials and Methods)
• Description of the methods and techniques used to collect data or conduct experiments.
• This section should be detailed enough for another person to be able to reproduce the study.
6. Results (Results)
• Presentation of the data obtained during the study.
• Tables, graphs and charts are usually used to visualize the results.
• Results are presented objectively, without interpretation in this section.
7. • Analysis of the results (Discussion)
• Interpretation and analysis of the results. How they correspond to the hypotheses or previous research.
• It is possible to discuss the limitations of the study, as well as upcoming directions for future research.
8. Conclusion (Conclusion)
• Summary of the main results of the study and their significance.
• May include suggestions for applications of the results or recommendations for future research.
9. References
• This section contains bibliographic information for all sources cited in the text.
• The citation format depends on the style (e.g. APA, MLA, Chicago, IEEE, etc.).
10. Appendices (if necessary)
• Additional materials such as detailed tables, formulas, additional calculations, or information that would be too voluminous or specific to the main text.
Additional elements (depending on the edition or discipline):
• List of abbreviations (if necessary for a clearer understanding of the terminology used)

Submission Preparation Checklist

All submissions must meet the following requirements.

  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
