The publishing policy is in line with the "International Standards for Editors and Authors" defined by COPE, the International Committee on Ethics of Publications. COPE standardizes the best practices and guidelines for creating the policies needed to reach the highest standards in publishing ethics. COPE provides leadership in the thinking of publishing ethics and practical resources for education.

In order to increase the citation and visibility of publications on the Internet, the Editorial Board reserves the right to submit articles for publication in other editions according to the COPE definitions. The magazine may publish materials from other editions of Bourgas Free University, which do not have an OnLine version, but only a printed version, mentioning the original source.

Authors must adhere to publication requirements with original work that is not published elsewhere in any language. Work must not be submitted at the same time for more than one publication unless the editors of the editions concerned have agreed to a joint publication. If articles are published together, this fact should be explained to readers

Peer review is of type Blind Peer Review.

Reviewers must adhere to the submitted review template.

The policy of the magazine is the content of the reviews, the names of the reviewers, and the names of the reviews of the works to be uncovered for no reason whatsoever. This includes reviewers' comments on all publications in the journal.

The copyright of reviews is the property of the reviewer, and he is entitled to publish his review information himself.
